76053 - CALL TENANT IF YOU'RE RUNNING EARLY 682-414-6119; AC not cooling properly; We were there in Sept 2021 - Tech notes: System was low added 1lb freon. Evaporator drain line was clogged up and causing the system to shut off. Unclogged drain line, system is functional at this time.
